TronX Senior Adult Composite Standard Traditional Hockey Stick Extension End Plug - 5" - SRIt's about 5" from expost shaft to knob you must use heat gun or hair dryer to get the adhesive gooey and soft ... Then push it into the stick end and use a rubber mallet to punch it the rest of the way. Excess glue will exist. Wipe that off immediately. Let dry.Fits tight and pretty firm in the stick .... Gives longer life to my son's expensive stick..... Yay. But with any extension, it will change the flex of course.

It easily fits into the end of my stick, providing that extra length I was looking for without affecting the overall balance.The build quality is solid. What a great product, hockey gear and sticks are so expensive. I love that this extender will lengthen the life of my son's hockey stick as he grows. Just heat up the glue and slide into place.

I got this extender after breaking a stick. I didn't want to buy another stick yet so I extended one of my shorter sticks to my current length. The process was fairly simple to install the extension. All I did was heat up the glue, and it slid right in place. I would definitely recommend the extension if you meed one.
