Received the table timely. I love the design. The table is sturdy. You definitely need 2 people to assemble. My husband and I are pretty good at that. However, the cam nuts couldn’t be locked because the screws were too short or the table holes were drilled too far back. So we had to glue the two table pieces together using the wood pegs. Hopefully they will hold through time. Otherwise a good buy since it was purchased on Prime day.

The table looks nice and seems sturdy. We haven't actually used it yet. I'm posting this because some people commented that it was hard to put together. One person took just over an hour (with a few interruptions). We didn't get any instructions so just used the picture of the item and guessed. Turned out fine.

I have no room for a coffee table in my small living room and this filled the awkward space between my sofa and the wall. It’s a couple inches higher than my sofa but I like it so I can still hang blankets on the back and less likely to knock over my cup. And the electrical is great. Assembly was interesting as the instructions don’t make it clear when putting the sides on that there’s a right and wrong way so took me a couple try’s to get it right. Besides that one thing the directions were straightforward and assembly was otherwise easy.

I’m on my 3rd day finishing assembly. Starting out, you’ll need 2 people to hold the frame until it can stand alone. Additional issues—the screws were too short on the 12.5” boards that sit on the desktop width, boards fell to the floor; screws were too long in 2 places attaching the desk top to the frame …one screw put a hole in the desk top; And I had trouble driving every screw through the desktop itself attaching it to the metal frame because screws wouldn’t thread through the plastic collar…I had to use my own shorter screws in 2 holes because the longer screws that were provided fell through, collars were too large. It will help if you have a screw driver with a magnetic tip; screw driver they provided does not.The only reason I ordered this desk was for the USB ports and plug-ins, and the fencing around the top edge. No problem with spills as the engineered wood is easily cleaned up. I have no doubt I’ll enjoy the desk once assembled but to say it was a struggle to assemble is an under statement!! And I’m not done with assembly!! No problem interpreting the instructions.
