The elastics are soft and stretchy so it won't pinch my toddler's hair. It comes in pairs for matching whale spouts/pigtails and come in all sorts of colors to add colors and style to her outfits. The colors are not super bright, but more muted to coordinate to almost any outfit. My only gripe is that the packaging is different than what is on the amazon site. These actually come in plastic bags and not wrapped around a piece of cardboard, which would make gifting them a bit nicer.

These are so cute in person! They come in a great variety of colors and styles. They are really well made because my little one pulls on these bows like crazy and none of them have fallen apart yet. The fabric is a nice fabric and doesn't appear to be cheap. Plus they stay in place well and don't slide out of the hair easily.
