Front and Rear Adjustment
- Install the lock piece on the power center of the front foot according to the shape of the foot;
- The center of the force is generally located at the center line between the phalanges and the fifth phalanges;
- The alignment of the two shoes is controlled by grid points.
Left and Right Adjustment
- Adjust the left and right foot position of the lock plate according to the standing width;

Just a heads up that this product did not come with the handbook listed in the description. It also does not come with the stickers needed, but they weren't listed, so that was my fault for assuming that they would come with it. I was able to google the handbook but I shouldn't have had to.
