I have been using SNS system for a few months. This did not work because as soon as you turn the device upside down to wear around your neck it dumps the entire contents out all over me before baby is ready.

We bought this SNS twice since my daughter was born. It broke again in the same spot and we’re scrambling to figure out what to do. She’s now seven months old and doesn’t take bottles. This SNS only last about three months before it cracks or breaks

Returned product!It is terrible to wash, as you need a special brush to wash inside. And there is a lot of corners inside to built up bacteria.The tube part is terrible to stop and leak so easily.

This is one of the simpler SNS milk delivery devices available on Amazon, and I do like it for that reason. It’s affordable, durable and easy to use, and every time I use it, I find it helps my baby’s latching, and even betters the other times breast-feeding when I’m not using the device.Because of my baby’s slightly preemie delivery, she never really could stay latched on my breast long enough to get enough milk and maybe because of this, my supply hasn’t come in strong enough.With this device, i have the longest breast-feeding sessions, and she gets some of the milk straight from the breast as well as through the bottle. They say there’s one straw for each breast, but actually, I use both on one to get a stronger milk flow.My only comment to the manufacturer is that slightly better instructions (and a better name) would be helpful. Especially if you take it all apart to wash it and put it back together again, you must make sure you’re doing it the right way or all the milk will fall out.

I used it tonight. It's a bit tricky to get it situated, but once it's in a good spot and the baby is nursing, we're good. It's hard to clean. It didn't leak the first time using it, I was worried it would from other reviews. I had used a Medela one in the past like 7 years ago, but I didn't want to spend $60 on something I didn't have much luck with the first time around. My baby is 4 months old and grabs at stuff, so I had to keep moving her hands and putting my hands over the tubes. The little drawstring thing is odd getting it attached to put around your neck. It spills out of the tubes if you're not quick enough getting it in their mouth with your nipple or forget to clamp them. Overall, it helped keep her latched for 10-15 minutes each side vs 1-2 minutes while mainly fussing and flailing.
