This unit does not work well in the USA. The hoses do not hook up with standard hose sizes, we reached out to get help before the 30-day return window and only received help after the time to return it had expired. We are disappointed.

The product arrived and is fully functional but has a few minor issues. The internal reservoir lid does not seal correctly making the chiller leak water when overfilled or tipped to the side slightly. Also the compressor never turns off, the controller just cycles from cooling to heating mode over and over again. Even with these, in my opinion defects, the chiller works and was packaged very well for shipping
