Great training stick. Comparable to other brand name training sticks with out the price tag. There is a difference in the end of the stick where the string attaches. But does not change the action or ability of the stick.

This training stick works just the same as the high dollar ones offered by clinicians. Save your money on this item and put it towards a special treat for your horse instead!

Purchased fort older daughter to use and she loves it and we got the orange to be sure if her tack came up missing we would know who had it. Good quality and would purchase again in the future.

A much more affordable stick, though the string isn't as good of quality as the Clinton Anderson strings. I like its leather tip better than the Clinton Anderson tip though, which is rubber and cracks over time. This one has a leather fold at the tip, making it durable and easy to remove and attach the string time after time.

This is an okay training whip, I like that you can remove whip portion to get it out of the way and tie a rag or a plastic bag to the end for training.Unfortunately the whip portion is a soft limp rope. It is really hard to get a good snap sound out of it, I have only gotten it to work when I smack it into the ground really hard. It is so limp you could remove the leather on the end and use the rope portion as a desensitizing tool, you can fling it over the horses back and pull it off without giving the horse a friction burn (something I wouldn't recommend with a stiffer whip).If your looking for something that is duel purpose, this is not it, but if you are looking for a stick that is comfortable to hold and a good replacement for Parelli's tool, then this is you stick!

This training stick is wonderful. It is the knock off version of the CA stick but is definitely a wonderful product for the money. Seems to be made well and I feel it will hold up to the vigors of training. The lash if easy to remove or put back on and I love the bright orange because it is easier to find in the arena or on the ground.
