These shoes are awesome and very comfortable. I have been using them on Arizona trails and I have never gotten a blister. The wide front offers great comfort. Make sure when using them for trail running that you don't get the front caught between rocks. They are a little wider and can catch on rocks. Best shoe I have owned for trail running. I bought a second pair.

Great shoes! It’s been a challenge to find great fitting shoes with a wide toe box without the wide heel area and a 4-5mm heel to toe drop. Then I found these. Everything I wanted in a shoe! Ordered 12 reg and 12wide. the wide fits perfectly. Love the roomy toe box. Love the 5mm drop and additional cushion. Great fit around heel , ankle and great arch support with Vibram soles. The lugs could be a bit taller. Time will show durability. I plan on buying more. Keep making these and add more colors! TOPO!

My husband loves these. His toes have plenty of room to move. He says it feels like there is a tiny masseuse inside his shoes as he walks.

The most comfortable running shoe I've ever owned! Wide toe box, great fit, and no issues with grip while running on road/path/trails. Plus... It feels like I'm running on clouds

I paid for full price and I expected brand new shoes. There were dirt stains on the outsole and bottom sole. I'm not going to pay new prices for a used product, especially not shoes. Unfortunately I can't give a review of comfort, fit and durability since I need to return them.

I loveD Topo Ultraventure's... I absolutely loveD them. Perhaps it's just me, but the new fabric that they decided to use on VERSION 4 of this shoe just doesn't sit right though. The new fabric allows you to see through the shoe (you can literally see your socks through the fabric). Perhaps that's what they're going for in their design (weight, heat, moisture), but I just don't find it the right fit for me. I can't rate it any lower than a 3-STAR because the shoe itself has to be the greatest runner/hiker I've ever owned. Between the heel to toe drop, the cushioning, and the arch support, I haven't found another shoe to match it. That being said, I was able to pick up two Ultraventure 3's on another site so I won't have to search for some time. Hopefully Topo will move their design back to the old fabric in the future.

This is my 4th pair of Topo phantom shoes and I swear I should buy 2 pairs at a time, 1 for work and 1 for casual events. They are the first type of shoes that fit and are comfortable right out of the box! I just got my 4th pair in December '24 and I am going to order another pair soon. I also ordered the wide width for comfort and they feel great after 12-14 hours in them. Best shoes I've ever bought!
