I have a wide foot and appreciate a large toe box. These shoes fit great and feel great! I've only gotten a few runs in on them so far, mixed trail/pavement, and these feel fantastic. I absolutely recommend these.

Great shoe but compared to my altras they just felt too narrow in the toe box. I tried size 12 and 12.5 thinking this would help but my pinky toe was rubbing against the inside of the shoe the whole time I’d worn them. They were super comfortable but I had to send em back. Seriously bummed these didn’t work out for me.

It took many tries to find these shoes, but it was worth the effort. I needed a wide toe box. Topo offers many. After trying almost all of their versions, I settled on these mainly because of the 3 mm drop. The other shoes also had great quality, but I felt the 3 mm seemed more natural for me. My only complaint would be I wish they had more colors.

Topo Athletic Men's Terraventure 4: Width was slightly tight (too narrow) for the indicated size. Has "lug" soles (not a lot of surface area for long term wear).

I have worn Altra Lone Peaks almost exclusively for the last 10 years. After an attempt at the TRT, I found I was in need of more cushion while still maintaining that almost zero drop and light weight rugged shoe. I thought that I found it. Unfortunately about 30 trail miles in the toe piece is peeling back from the shoe. I get that it is trail shoe, but for 150 bucks, I gotta get more then a couple of miles.

Great quality, I love the wide toe box. Broke them in on a 14 mile hike and the grip, stability, and comfort were amazing.
