===3.5 Stars===When it comes to giving an opinion on an item that arrived damaged one must ask if the responsibility lies on the manufacturer or the delivery courier. Ultimately while both are responsible, it is the first time that it took three attempts to get it right, the first one arrived shattered, the second one with a crack on the holding ring and missing the mallet, it wasn't until the third time that it arrived without damage and with the mallet.When it comes to performance, it sounds beautifully. It rings for about 2 minutes to completely come to a stop. I like that it'll produce different reverb/tonality based on where you hit it and you can combine two different tonalities and it rings really nice.When i ordered it, they had the option for the Rainbow/Muticolor option with a picture that it's not available on this listing anymore, but available in other listings from the same manufacturer. While you can't see it on the pictures, it doesn't look exactly like the one listed. The listing picture shows a more translucent crystal, so it looks more toned down on the colors, while the one i received has way more intense colors and look almost painted while retaining some translucidity, but looks different, just not the way i was expecting it to look.Overall i am happy with the performance and i think the asking price is okay, but it just doesn't look as i thought it'd look and it took 3 times to get an acceptable product delivered to me, Amazon made it right, but i almost gave up on it, i'd give it 3.5 Stars, but since amazon doesn't allow half stars, i'll have to go with 4.

I wasn't really sure about the indigo color. Today was relatively warm and no wind, so I got a friend to sound the pyramid after the horn. It brought a magical feeling to the ceremony and a sense of peace for all who heard. It looked good and sounded great! It was east to get there. A pocket for the mallet would have been nice but we managed.

This is the second crystal pyramid I’ve bought that’s cracked while playing with the provided mallet. I love the sound and vibrations, and I use them in my profession but am disappointed in the quality

Je ne connaissais pas ce produit. Je viens de recevoir la pyramide. J'étais impatiente de la découvrir. Dans les photos du vendeur on ne voyait pas bien comment c'était. Je croyais que les parois étaient en cristal. Sur le moment jai été déçue. Ce n'est plus le cas. Il faut la tenir suspendue par la poignée pour la faire chanter . Le son est magnifique d'une grande pureté et elle est très belle. Je l'ai fait chanter dans toutes les pièces de la maison. Elle va dynamiser partout où elle va chanter. Je suis ravie et je recommande vivement cette pyramide. Je compte en acheter une autre plus petite par la suite.

Très étonné par cet instrument bizarre au début qui possède une sonorité très puissante qui interpelle beaucoup un conseil ne pas chercher a le faire sonner comme un instrument de musique mais juste à le caresser de votre humeur avec sa mailloche surtout dans les coins de l'appareil et au dessus de la tête des gens c'est divin merci à l'inventeur
