Picked this up because I get hot at night, and regular blankets just make it worse. This one's pretty lightweight, smooth, and has a cool feel when you first get under it. It’s not like sleeping on ice or anything, but it does help keep things from getting too warm. Feels nice against the skin and doesn’t trap heat like thicker blankets. The fabric is soft and breathable, so I don’t wake up sweaty. I usually use it alone, and it works well that way. If you stack it with other blankets, the cooling effect isn’t as noticeable. One small thing is that it’s a little slippery, so it can shift around if your sheets are smooth. Not a huge deal, just something to be aware of. I absolutely love this cooling blanket! It arrived neatly packed in a vacuum sealed bag with no chemical smell. The fabric is silky, soft, and incredibly lightweight, and I can feel the cool to the touch sensation immediately—so refreshing!After using it for several nights, I experienced no skin irritation, which is a big plus. This blanket is GAME CHANGER for ladies in any stage of menopause that wake up with wet pajamas clung to their bodies in the middle of the night. 3 nights now… no wet pj’s. Also I don’t know what magic material it’s made out of, my dog sleeps in our bed, and it has zero snags! This was 100% value for the money!

This cooling blanket is a lifesaver! I live in a hot climate for most of the year and it is miserable to sleep at night. I've tried so many things to help keep myself cool, and this blanket is the only thing that has worked and allowed me to get a full night of sleep. It is so soft and has the perfect amount of thickness to it. Plus, the size is great and wraps around my full body. I love this blanket and will definitely be buying more as gifts!

I am so glad to purchase this cooling comforter which has improved my sleeping. this blanket is exactly what it says！it has some weight to it，very smooth. It's lighter than I though it would be，this cooling comforter is very cool to the touch and has just the right amount of thickness to stay comfortable through the whole night long. great comfort all around and I’m not waking up in a sweat anymore. this comforter feels wonderful to keep me cool on the bed at night because the material itself is so soft. should have bought sooner，sleep much better now since having it.

I am really satisfied with this quilt. The material feels very soft and smooth, and it is very comfortable to cover myself. What I like most is its cooling effect.
