I would give this 5 starts if you could have all 3 temperatures at once, which was the reason I picked this one. Instead, in order to get room temp water, you have to disengage the hot water functionality, which is kind of a bummer. But it's easy to use, I like the fridge on the bottom, it doesn't take up a lot of space and overall works well.

Box torn. Product dented. When finished installing (per instructions), Cooler began to smoke and caught on fire.EVEN if the above had not occurred, this product does NOT fit a Zero Water Jug.

It’s so light weight and silent. Didn’t know that the bottom was a mini fridge! Awesome buy!
