I’m not sure if this will hold up in the winter. It feels very thin like the wind will blow it away. There is a cord lock at the bottom. I can’t seem to pull the whole cord. It just pulls on one end. Needs some tugging. The Velcro straps on each end is too long, so you might want to cut it, so you can pull it tighter.If this cooler cart will be in a shaded area or in the garage, this cover will be fine. Not sure if it’s safe in the winter weather. Will update in the future.
