I had to exchange the 10.5 for size 11 and they fit perfect. My shoe size is 10.5. I would definitely go a half size bigger than your shoe size. I have sparred like five times with these and I like the quality and comfort!

10.5 size, i cannot even get half of my foot into the boxing shoe.This seems like it is a size 7.

Run a whole size big. Unfortunately my coach ordered for me and I accidentally tossed the box so now I have a shoe that I cannot wear. These do not run true to size. May need to order at least 1 size smaller if not 2.

Nice design easily accessible and secure around the foot. However, Inside lining could be more comfortable
