I like using this for accuracy bare knuckle and with training gloves, the nose is the firmest spot and u could bend yr wrist from the stiffness of it if your not fully warmed up yet. Once warmed up feels great to land punches on, seems very durable and is a big face, highly recommend👌🥊 6’1 180lbs
