I love the product but I knew I would. My first order arrived without any product! The packaging was cut and it must have all fallen out. I contacted Amazon who told me to contact the seller direct. I did and not only did Charles fix my problem, he sent me extra! Very good product & EXCELLENT customer service. I highly recommend this store.

These look beautiful! They are on sturdy light weight chipboard, not at all flimsy. They take inking on the edges very well and I am going to try adding color highlights too! They have a lot of character and I am loving adding them to my projects. I will definitely buy these again.

The quality and value of the photos is phenomenal. The only issue I had with the order was the packaging. The photos were housed in a plastic "sleeve" and one side of the "sleeve" had opened up (during transport, I assume), so some of the photos were still in the "sleeve", but quite a few of the photos had escaped and were loose in the larger Amazon shipping envelope. The problem with that is that another product (a chain for a chain saw!) was shipped in the SAME envelope as the photos, so the photos were exposed to potential damage from the 2nd product. Fortunately, the loose photos outside of the "sleeve" were still in perfect condition (a true miracle!!), and I blame Amazon (not Tim Holtz) for packing 2 orders in the same envelope when 1 of the orders (the photos) was susceptible to damage because they are more fragile. Packing by Amazon should have been better. Shame on Amazon! I am giving Tim Holtz 5 stars because the photos are fantastic, & it isn't his fault that the plastic "sleeve" opened up during shipping and that Amazon combined 2 orders in the same package, one of which was too fragile to be packed with another product. I will, for sure, order these photos again. They are wonderful and look very authentic. Great replicas of genuine vintage photos. Thank you, Tim Holtz!

I’m no stranger to these packs, but this one is kind of boring and I low-key regret buying it. The pictures they chose aren’t all that interesting compared to the old-timey folks in their other ephemera packs. Nothing against the seller just the brand I guess. I still kept them for future projects.
