Slips right on. I don’t feel like it is super durable but for an older child/adult I’m not looking for durability just appearance.

My son loves the clear case because he can still see the color of his switch & I like it because it protects his switch. It is easy to install & it works great.

Exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t want one that clipped together over the top of the switch. Back in the OLD Nintendo days, there were no cases at all. Just wanted a little protection but nothing too crazy. Happy to have it, but if it lands face down it will probably break either way since it will land on the joysticks, with this or any other case. Another reason I like this one. Easy to use, won’t look filthy with dirt and hairs getting caught underneath it, and fairly priced.
