Safe was a good buy at this price point. It is sturdy and heavy enough once full that it would not be easy to carry. It fits perfectly next to or under a desk. The 3 shelves make the space work well. The fingerprint reader has been consistent so far.

This safe is exactly as advertised! It seems to be well built, sturdy with a nice weight to it. The set up was very easy! The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because of the terrible smell it had once the safe was open. It took a week for it to finally air out so I could use it. Other than that, I like the safe and would recommend it.

More space than anticipated and built well.

Total waste of money. The walls are super thin. I am sure I could bust through with a hammer with relative ease. I have messaged the company several times and all I get is an auto reply asking for my Amazon order number which I’ve supplied three times. Save your money and don’t buy this piece of garbage. Horrible product. Horrible company.

I recently purchased this fireproof safe from Amazon, and overall, I’m very satisfied with it. The build quality feels solid and durable, giving me confidence that my valuables are well protected. It has a good amount of storage space, easily fitting important documents, cash, and small valuables.The locking mechanism works smoothly, and the included backup keys are a nice touch in case of battery failure.One thing to note is that it’s a bit heavy, which is great for security but something to keep in mind if you plan on moving it frequently. Also, the instructions could be clearer, but setup was still manageable.One thing that’s rarely mentioned about safes—but is crucial—is humidity control inside the safe. Because safes are airtight, moisture can build up inside over time, which can lead to mold, mildew, and rust on documents, cash, jewelry, or even firearms.To prevent this, you should use a dehumidifier or silica gel packs inside the safe. If you live in a humid climate, this is even more important. Some high-end safes come with built-in dehumidifiers, but for most, you’ll need to buy one separately. A simple rechargeable silica gel pack can make a huge difference in keeping your valuables in top condition.Most people focus only on fireproofing and security, but protecting items from moisture damage is just as important for long-term storage.Overall, this is a great safe for home use at a reasonable price. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable way to protect their important items.

So looking at other safes on Amazon, they did not look secure. This one is, you cannot pry this open with a crow bar. Decent size, works best for me without the shelf. It is really hard to judge the size you need looking at specs, but after I received this I realized I should have gone with the larger size. I wanted a fireproof safe to store documents, titles, etc. I thought this size would be large enough to lay most of the documents laying down. In the end they didn't fit that way, so I removed the shelf and stood the documents on the side. I can make this one work but I should have gone for the larger size.

The content of the safe was: the safe itself, 2 keys, 4 bolts screw, 2 dividing shelf inside the safe with adjustable hinge, and instruction manual.Came clean, no dent or scratches. It was well package in bubble wrap and shipped in sturdy cardboard box with styrofoam inside the shipping box as padding to prevent damages during shipping. There was also foam inside the safe itself to keep the dividing shelf from moving around during shipping. There was also was a packet of silicate moister absorber inside the safe to keep safe dry of moister during shipping.The safe Does Not come with the 4 double AA battery needed to provide power to the keypad. You will need to provide the 4 double AA battery for the electronic keypad. Once battery installed, the instruction manual made it very clear and easy to understand on how to reset to a new password.The safe can be open with the keypad... or the key. It is not a dual lock mechanism, meaning you are not required to use both the key and the keypad together to open the safe. Also you cant use the key to disable the key pad. The only way to disable the key pad would be to remove the battery and not use the keypad at all, thus leaving the key and the only method to open the safe.They keypad of course would be the first mean of opening the safe. As the key is design as a back up key and it alone by itself can open the safe, such as emergency in the case you forget the password, or in case the battery dies. Once open the safe the instruction manual is easy to read and gives clear instructions on how to reset the keypad password.As for weight of the safe. The safe is on the heavier side, as expected because of the fire proofing design and material used. But not heavy enough that a strong person cant carry it out if they wanted to steal it. But the safe does have 4 hole on the bottom so it can be bolted down.As for internal lighting, the safe does have a white led light that will light up the inside of the safe for about 30 seconds every time the safe is open using the keypad. Please Note. The led light only turn on if using the keypad. If using the key to open, the led light will turn on and light up.As for alarm... the safe keypad does lock and disable itself for a set amount of time...after a certain amount of failed attempt to open the safe using they keypad. The safe keypad does also give off an alarmsound (in the from of an beeping sound for several min.. )after several failed attempt to open it... but the alarm sound is a very low. You have to be next or close to it to hear the alarm. Don't expect a loud ringing alarm sound. I would say a normal morning alarm clock is several time louder than the safe keypad alarm. I would say, if there was that i would change about the safe, would be to make the alarm louder.Overall,So far so good. Haven't experience any problem. The safe locking lever handle open and locks the safe smoothly. Everything is working as it should.

This is a great safe for the price. It's a solid, concrete filled fireproof safe. I mean this thing is heavy. Definitely not one of those sheet metal lockers being called safes. The keys function as expected, the set up was easy and I'm more than confident leaving valuables in one of these safes.
