The plates were used. They were different shades and some of the plates were scratched up. They arrived in 3 separate boxes and one of the boxes had 4 chargers missing. This was a total loss. I always read the reviews. This item had some pretty bad reviews but I assumed improvements were made. I was wrong and will never purchase this type of item offline again.Thank you!

I ordered for my DECEMBER wedding back in September. I got the boxes in, I looked at one of the chargers. It was absolutely beautiful. The quality was amazing, but I didn’t count the chargers. Now that it’s December, I realize when getting everything ready for the wedding I was short 80 chargers!Mistake happened and this is 11 days until my wedding!! I call and emailed the Tigerchef company they called me the next morning as soon as they opened! Mr. Joe the manager call me and He worked everything out with me gave me refund for the ones I was missing and made sure that I would have enough for my wedding in time! Mr. Joe is the manger and usually does not do custom service but he said he read my email and want to call personal!Weddings are so stressful and things are always going to go wrong but when you were working with the company like Tigerchef that truly cares about their customers, Everything works out in the end!!I am so pleased with this company and so grateful that they are very understanding and worked with me and really cared about my big day!The chargers are absolutely beautiful. They are very durable quality and i could be more happy!!!THANK YOU SO MUCH TIGERCHEF ❤️

It is plastic guys, there are imperfections. However the design is the exact baroque/rustic/slightly gothic look i was going for. It elevates the elegance of my rustic table, while bringing the chique vibe from the flateware and glass ware done to more of a moody tone

So glad I bought these! They were packed very well with foam padding in between each plate and bubble wrap around them in the box. They were in perfect condition. I was leaning towards getting either gold or silver plates and went with these as they are more universal. They are pretty, sturdy, functional and versatile to fit formal and informal entertaining and place settings. I've used with my wedding china or more casual ware and they look great. They compliment whatever look I'm striving for and so glad I ordered these. I receive many compliments on these plates. I highly recommend.

My first order of these arrived on a Friday and each one was broken, I called customer service on Saturday, the woman I spoke with was very friendly, told me to take a photo and send it via email which I did immediately. I received a response first thing Monday with a tracking number and a new shipment arrived the very next day. Not only was this AMAZING customer service (versus just sending them back to Amazon because usually it’s a pain dealing with some of their vendors) but I absolutely love the chargers, they match my dining set perfectly!
