Order arrived in usual Amazon undamaged packaging, 3 pack of pods per pack in a zip lock bag.One pack of pods had substantial amount of leaked ink inside the sealed package - pods are okay, but excess ink from the manufacturer all over !!Tried one pods, far from comparable to the branded type - stay away if you have used the “branded” product before, only disappointment guaranteed with this brand !!

Could not use, returned the 1st try as 6 of 12 had leaked, replaced, and that came even worse.
