This is a perfect splint for tendinitis in the wrist and thumb area. Great support and yet plenty of adjustments.

This brace is exactly what I was looking for to help manage the pain in my thumb and wrist. I wear it mostly at night and the support is first rate. It's not too tight or too loose and it's fully adjustable. Very pleased with the quality and glad I bought it!

I ordered another brace after I got these... because my needs were different. Your brace is great but the velcro needs too much adjusting for my use at night and is noisy. I want to avoid waking my wife up with the noise... if I go to bed later than her. I'll save them and find a better us in the daytime. I found nothing wrong... it's a good quality brace.

I got it in a reasonable time frame. I just had wrist surgery and this is the same type brace they wanted to put me in but it cost me 200.00 for that one . This one does the job it needs to very well . Keeps me from moving what I should not and protecting it. Very happy with it

I have been diagnosed and was told to wear this for a month and it did the job very well.I recommend this product for anyone needing a wrist support thumb spica.

I use the support at night as advised by my physio. It keeps my hand rigid and comfortable. However, it does make my wrist sweat, which for me isn't perfect.It is a simple design with 2 or 3 straps, the centre one you can remove... I have no idea why? I use all 3.I am able to use my non-dominant hand to fit as it is my dominant hand with the problem.

I've bought a number of splints etc... over the years, and this one's up there with the best.It's got adjustable straps so you can get it to fit as snuggly as you like. It's breathable, so you don't get too hot or sweaty.The support this gives to your wrist and thumb is fantastic. They aren't going anywhere!I prefer the look of a black brace to that of the 'flesh' coloured. I just prefer their appearance. They look smarter, and this looks pretty smart.Performance wise, this is perfect. It's rigid but not uncomfortably so. I can still sleep wearing one of these if I need to.I would definitely get but another one of these if the need arises.

It gives great wrist and thumb support. However, the hard plastic piece for the thumb hurts after a while. I ended up getting a blister from it. I might look for one without that hard piece, but still gives good thumb and wrist support.

I tried seven other braces before settling on this one. On all the others the spica splint is an aluminum stay which places a pressure point at the base of the thumb. I tried adjusting the various splints several times without success. This one uses two plastic braces, one on each side of the knuckles. The result is a splint that restricts movement of the thumb as well as or better than the other splints without causing a sore spot.The wrist splint of this product, however, is another story. I used the large size product. The aluminum wrist splint is located too far to the side of the palm away from the thumb. Despite my adjusting the splint many times, eventually the splint caused a sore spot in the palm of my hand. I tried a S/M size brace but it did not fit my hand at all but that splint also looked to be located to far from the center of the palm.A small annoyance is the Velcro closure for the thumb. The 'hooks' are too short to firmly adhere to the 'loops'. The hook material, also, ends too far from the end of its strap. The result is that the end of the strap is constantly coming undone when brushed against anything.The brace is easy to wash. Overall, the materials are sufficient for the task and are no better than the other products I tried. None of the braces I tried, however, used materials comparable to products at a local medical supply store. Then again, those braces were twice the cost.In the end, this brace was effective in allowing my thumb to heal.

This was actually my second choice. My doctor recommended a different brand, but it was missized -- smaller than it should have been. I then looked for something with the same characteristics, and came upon this one. I'm very happy that I did. Besides actually fitting (I have a very large hand, and the large size fits like a glove--pun intended), this is surprisingly comfortable. It is soft where it should be (most of it) and stiff where it should be (the 2 aluminum strips). It is very adjustable and seemingly well-made (it's still pretty new, so we'll see how it holds up). It also seems to actually work. It keeps my thumb pretty much immobilized, which is the point (osteoarthritis of the lower thumb joint). Also, unlike different types of braces I've tried, it doesn't seem to cause more harm than good. Finally, it's pretty inexpensive. For now, at least, I'm a happy camper.

I recently broke my wrist, although I didn’t initially know it was broken. The first thing I did when I fell was to order this brace to support my wrist. It was brilliant and just what I needed. Three days later (when I finally plucked up the courage to get it checked out!) the guy at the hospital who put it in a cast for me remarked on my brace. He said I had bought ‘the Rolls Royce’ of braces, so high praise indeed for the product. It was delivered next day, is excellent quality and a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend!
