I have been shopping for these recently since inner thighs are not an area that I get much exercise for. I was excited to see this one because of the large range of resistances that you can choose. It gave you the option to raise resistance a lot more than quite a few of the other "Thigh Master"-type devices did. I also liked the automatic counter.I ended up ordering two devices like this from different manufacturers. This one from JWHOO beat the other one hands down. Since there are straps on this one, the pads do not have to conform to your body as closely. The pads on the other one were much more rounded, and both the front and back edges bit into my leg when I used the machine. In contrast, I find this one very comfortable to use. The straps also help the device to not rotate because of gravity. I really feel like it gives me a good workout when I use it.I have two minor issues with this device. First, the instruction manual shows the device turned the other way from what the product photos show. That matters because when you use it properly, the counter is upside down. You don't want to use it the way that they show online because you want your legs and the arms of this device to rotate in the same direction. Apart from the counter being upside down when you use this with your thighs, my other very minor issue is that there are two buttons which are not labeled under the counter. Both of them reset the counter. It bugs me terribly because I have no idea why there are two buttons instead of just one. Both of these issues with the counter are not enough to make me drop the rating from five stars. It's still an excellent workout and, with a little effort, I can read numbers upside down.

No instruction on the proper way to use it. Comes with these skinny straps, not sure how they get tightened on. Twisting the resistance all the way and used and the straps dont stay on I feel no resistance. Im not happy woth it at all.

Each day, I set aside time to use this Kegel thigh trainer to strengthen my pelvic floor. The adjustable resistance is the standout feature for me because it lets me customize my workout depending on my fitness level. Some days I use lighter resistance when I'm just warming up, and other days I dial it up for a more intense session. It helps me track my progress over time and challenge myself. One thing that makes this trainer better than others I've tried is the enlarged, thicker panels. They provide a more comfortable surface, reducing any discomfort during longer sessions. I never feel like I need to stop because it’s uncomfortable, which makes it easier to stay consistent. The automatic counting function is another plus, allowing me to focus solely on my form without thinking about how many repetitions I’ve done. The four fixed straps help keep everything secure while I’m exercising. I don’t have to adjust or reposition it, even during vigorous movements. It’s great for multitasking while watching TV or listening to podcasts, making the most of my time. This trainer has become a staple in my daily workout routine. I love how simple it is to use, and the adjustable features make it a good fit no matter how I’m feeling. The quality and comfort it offers make it a valuable tool for me.

This is small and kind of difficult to use but if you practice it gets easier.

It took me a few minutes to assemble it and to figure out how to affix the velcro straps (you fold each end back on itself after inserting through the slots to attach it at either end), but once I did it was great to use. It has soft foam pads that make it comfortable, and the set screw that adjusts tension allows for a lot of control. The straps (which are optional but nice to have) do their job well too. I suspect it might have been used/returned because there were a couple smudges to clean off, but no damage. I'm taking off one star only because it doesn't come in colors other than gray, and therefore looks more like a medical device than a cute exerciser (pink would have been nice - hint, hint), but overall this is a good item and I do recommend it.

I can’t get the knob to fit the rod because they are the same size. Unless it’s supposed to be a smaller rod inside so the knob can attach to it. None of the reviews show how to assemble it. I will have to return it
