This small vacuum desiccator seems well built. Mine had a misshaped o-ring so I needed to get a new one but that wasn't a big deal to me. I'm not sure if I was supposed to or not, but I used some petroleum jelly around the rim to help everything seal. It appears to hold a vacuum well. I don't have a great vacuum pump, just a manual one, and it worked fine after I got the fittings sorted out. For the price, I think it's worth considering.

Only used it once so far, but it’s been holding a moderate vacuum with little or no loss for the past 12 hours or so. It comes with a removable pan for placing a desiccant in, but it doesn’t include a traditional perforated plate. I had one that fits laying around so I just stuck it on top of the rim of the removable pan as designed. So far so good and Im somewhat surprised because of the low price. Good luck finding a 250mm vac desiccator that holds a vacuum for this price elsewhere! would definitely recommend it.
