These are really cute lightweight footy pj's but if your purchasing them I would definitely get a size or two up. It runs small to begin with and shrinks alot when washed even on low heat delicate setting.

These footies fit smaller than a lot of other brands. Onesies brand, Gerber, and Carter’s brand all run larger in the newborn size. These peanut shell footies fit our 7lb newborn very well, are soft, and cute.

I brought a 3 month but its more of a 0-3 months. It was tight on my 2 month old, she was 9lbs at the time. Also after the first wash the colors faded.
