My son is a athletic build 12yr old weighing about 135 lbs. He wears a 29in waist in mens jeans but he's still a kid so finding clothes to fit him and age appropriate is sometimes a challenge. I have always loved Children's place for quality clothing and their very affordable price tags. This purchase was so exciting because they offer extended sizes and a find my size quiz that is quick and very accurate. It suggested a 16 Husky and they fit him perfectly. The only reason i did not give 5 stars is size inconsistency between two pair of the same product. I ordered a 16H in grey but it was not available on the khaki's so i sized up to an 18R. The 18R were so small he had at least 3inches between the button hole and the button. Needless to say that pair was returned. overall you can not go wrong with the brand. The material doesn't wrinkle, has wicking feature, easy to clean and last until your little man outgrows them. I have never had a pair that wore out before he grew out.
