The glitter is on the inside of the waist band. It is sharp she wouldn't wear it. And the bunching on the side of the leg makes them too short.

My daughter is between a size 3T/4T depending on the brand and the XS fit her perfectly.

Too small, too thin. My Granddaughter is and average to slender build 27 month on the average to short side. She wears diapers. These are short in the leg and the , the cut of the legs make her look bow legged, and the waist digs in. A 2 star rating is generous and I have no idea what I will use these for now.
