Key Features
Alloy probe, just for precision

- Diamond Selector

- Moissanite Detection Pen

The following points should be noted when using a thermal conductivity meter
- It is impossible to measure accurately when the air temperature is below 10° or above 35°.
- Use in a windless and dust-free environment for more accurate measurements.
- Ensure that the surface temperature of the measured object is the same as the room temperature.
- The surface of the object to be measured should be clean, oil, wax, semi-finished products affect the test.
- To use the glass calibration before each test before use in the test.
- Ensure that the probe and the detected object full contact 90 ° vertical.
- After the test is completed, if there is a jump between, for example, 5-6, indicating that its hardness is 5.5 or 6.

I tested both against natural diamond and a known CZ. Both testers said that the CZ was a diamond. I suggest pay a little extra and buy one from a jeweler.

Seems to work good. It verified the diamonds I knew were diamonds and the ones which were not.Add a written review it says. Note to Amazon. It works. Value? I’ve seen some really expensive do as well as this one does and it’s definitely easy to use. Although after turning it on you must wait for both lights to come on, place a finger on the metal triangle on the back for grounding and make sure you touch it to the diamond only and not the rim of the gold or silver etc or go on YouTube and check some of the walkthroughs.

The diamond tester I had to keep all 5 lights green prior to testing my diamonds in order for it to be positive. I had to push incredibly hard onto my diamonds for it to work or else the meter never goes up. Also note to anyone moissonite also tests as diamond the only true way to test them apart is to take them to a jeweler who has a machine they can stick it in and it’ll tell u what type of material it is. But a diamond tester will test moissonite positive for diamond
