I bought this mirror set not for a Teslong, but for a Depstech borescope with a 5mm diameter camera. Fits perfectly, same thread. What a difference centering the camera in the bore makes! Great focus in the whole field of view, much clearer image and better photos. No longer have "better borescope" envy. Sufficient for bore examination - but much easier now. Definitely worth the purchase!

I ordered a hard to find Lyman borecam 2.0 only because of some of the marginal reviews of this manufacturers. Broken wires and flaky software just weren't going to do it for me. So, I ordered a Lyman borecam 2.0, which granted was more expensive, but I didn't want to have problems. I got the Lyman one, and sure as my luck would have it, the 1 borecam mirror I really needed, was cracked right out of the box ! So I rolled the dice and thought I would see if these Teslong ones would fit. Well, I've now come to the conclusion that Teslong makes the Lyman cam !! I couldn't help but chuckle when I took them out of the Amazon bag, and the container is absolutely identical to the Lyman one !! Only difference is the label ! So I thought the real test is if the Teslong mirrors would fit the threading on the Lyman cam. Happy to report that they do !! So if you need replacement borecam mirrors, give these a try !!

As an experiment I got the Teslong 10" pistol borescope https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08D67H7LZ to see how it would work as an intraoral dental camera, and it works great. But it doesn't fit well to see the cheek sides of teeth. With the 0.40 caliber (full view) side mirror attached though, it is perfect. It fogs up from the moisture when first attached, but if you let the LED light on the tip warm it up for a minute, it won't fog. Total cost with the borescope is 1/3 the cost of an official intraoral dental camera.

Bought these along with the flexible borescope as an add on. Really helps to center the scope in the bore for clearer pictures. Well worth the extra charge. Came in a nice little case. Makes my job easier and that's a plus..

This isnt so much a review about the mirror set, though I have it, the 4 piece set and it works perfectly, its more about Teslong, these folks know what customer service, care and satisfaction means, not many do.About 18 months ago I bought one of their flexible borescopes and used it, alot. I always tried to heed their storage recommendations and always hung it straight, hanging down in my closet. However, I also took it to the range alot too but always loosely coiled it as gently as I could. I believe the ultimate casuse was the way I was rotating it inside the bore to be the ultimate cause of the damage so, my fault. So eventually it developed a glitch and became inoperable so I contacted Teslong and described the issue and told the how old it was etc. Their reply? What is your address so we can send you a new one!!! That was their response. No questions asked. That folks is standing behind your product. Best part is that the new one for whatever reason is a definite upgrade in quality, especially image quality. Not that the first one wasnt good, it was fine, but this newer one is a step up, plus it came with a very nice semi-rigid storage case, very nice. Ine more point, unless I just didnt notice before with the first model I bought, the software has changed a little and allows for some pretty detailed and nice image adjustments.I trust Teslong enough to have gone ahead and buy one of the nice rigid models for long guns and only at home.Great job Teslong and thank you for what you did for me!

I's still new to using the borescope and like many technical items there is a learning curve. The camera is very clear when its scanning, but I have to play around with the mirror focal length and getting things still while taking the picture. The amount of light from the scope is excellent and really makes it easy to pick up little details. As others have mentioned, its a double edged sword, on one hand you can see exactly what the bore looks like, but on the other hand, you can see what you missed with cleaning. I also purchased the 4 different size mirror set and think its worth the extra cost, especially if you plan on using the borescope with different calibers. They do help center the scope in the bore to get a better, clearer image. I would be very surprised if borescopes that cost much more give you much better information about your barrel.
