We got this hammock for our kids for Christmas. It was easy to set up, and our kids had a blast for hours. When we opened it up, we got an awesome surprise of a golden ticket that stated we got a full refund. I inquired and sure enough it was legit. So not only is the product well made, installation was easy, but customer service was excellent. Can’t wait for warmer weather so we can use it even more!

I bought the tentstile stingray several years ago and have enjoyed it. The trillium extra large takes it to a whole other level. Hammocks are in but they naturally separate you from other people. With the trillium it let’s you lounge in the outdoors with a group. I’ve had it about 6 months now and have loved it and everyone who sees it gets really interested. I already knew how to use their tree tents, so set up didn’t take me anytime. If you need help watch their videos.I would advise making sure nobody gets on with shoes or anything remotely pokey in their pockets. I have gotten a few small holes in the mesh. Tentstile customer service suggested sewing it up myself instead of purchasing their patch kit and that has worked great.I own a lot of camping/outdoor products but this is one is by far my favorite.

This is probably the most amazing backyard fun thing I’ve got! Shipping took a bit but probably because of the virus but when it came and I put it up that all melted away into an awesome backyard experience! I highly recommend you get this if your looking for some cool views and fun times! Also I recommend you get a good ladder to or the one they recommend!!

We've had this up in our backyard for a couple weeks now and we are in love with it. So much fun and super comfy. Definitely recommend!Small cons and the reason for 4 starts instead of 5:- Could use longer tree straps. Even though we have a forest in out backyard we had trouble finding the right trees to properly attach to within the distance the straps allowed for.- Came with one super tiny piece of the mesh cut- One of the rubber zipper ends that help you pull the zipper pulled right off after a little use. Shouldn't have even added that layer of complexity with those. Should just be a little cord with a knot on the end.

The product was great and fun! Personally if I ever got another I would not get one through this company. I would go straight through tentsile. We had ours for about a year until my son fell right through. We contacted this company several times. The first time they said I had a warranty. We tried to email them afterwards several times and several different places. All after every time they ignored the email. Very dishonest company. Very unprofessional.
