As of March '24, the spring I received did not have the ends ground flat. And mine measured 1 1/4" long, not the 1 1/8 stated....but you can shorten it 1/16 to maybe 3/32 by grinding the ends flat yourself.According to use on 25.5" scale length guitar with .010 strings and an unbranded B700 vibrato tuned to A440:This spring resulted in roughly 1/8" reduction in bar height, and the feel is much better than the included spring in the unbranded B700....not as stiff as the stock spring, and not as spongy as a "soft feel" spring. It is also the correct diameter at 3/4" O.D., which fits the spring well perfectly.I have guitars with B3, B5, B50, B70 vibratos and this spring results in a higher bar than any of the stock springs on any actual Bigsby and Bigsby licensed vibratos I have. The feel is very similar to B50 stock spring.

This spring is solid but a loser feel than the stock spring. It gets the bar to sit up a little higher but allows for more action and subtle use as well as deep dives if you want that. I will use this on all my Bigsby trems going forward.

I got this replacement Bigsby spring, and it works great on my gretsch g2627t guitar. The spring is just a little longer with just the right springeness to work my Bigsby as it should. Price is right, Spring works well, and it drops right in!I'm happy with my purchase. 👍

I was looking for spring with a softer effect. This one works great! It sits a little taller and it’s easier to operate with subtlety. Plus the price is right! Give it a shot!

Too tall to replace an actually bigsby spring. If you want your tremolo arm higher, this is perfect. Good quality

This spring is a perfect fit for a Duesenberg Les Trem II on my Schecter Hellcat VI. I bought this spring that is taller and stiffer than the spring that came with the Les Trem II to accommodate the .24-.90 Bass VI string set. Works flawlessly now!
