I live in a small condo and have always loved grilling. So I have been researching indoor grills for sometime. When it arrived, I was very excited to get the box open and check it out. I had previously thawed 2 chicken breasts out and put them on the grill to check it out. They were fabulous and am anxious to grill other meats as well as veggies! Super easy clean up. I had been using a cast iron pan in my stovetop, which is great, but spatters all over the cook top and is a mess to clean up! I have been cooking for 60 years and this is the greatest piece of equipment ever! I highly recommend it! Plus a great value!

With design flaw no continuous temperature change function, only a few notches available to set with large gap. Also surprisingly the minimum timer set is 20 min with 5 min increase, you can not do 3 min or 7 min or 15 min etc., must be a malfunctioning chip. Manufacturer did not provide any product support.

Worst thing I’ve ever bought from Amazon. Product,smokeless grill worked 2 out 5 times I’ve tried to use it, I didn’t know the product has no warranty that I can find and you can’t return it to Amazon. Bad deal for me especially since I can’t find an Amazon phone.

This grill was very easy to use. It heats up quickly and evenly. We had no smoke and no dripping grease anywhere. The various pieces separate easily so it's not hard to clean. The temperature settings are a bit quirky (with pre-set temps that do not correspond to standard American settings) but beyond that it was rather pleasant to use. We made some great shrimp and some wonderful beef skewers with it so far. It also does a nice job with vegetables. Much easier than an outdoor grill, and much easier to clean and maintain.

It was a bit fiddly to get it to work but it did as intended and provided well cooked food with no smoke and very little smell.

Really like this grill. Smokeless fan works for indoor grilling. Good quality and easy to clean. Heat element are embedded into grill racks so you never touch them directly. Electronics stay in the base, away from cooking mess/clean.

It's not that this product doesn't do a good job it's it doesn't do the job it is marked to do. This is a glorified electric griddle. It comes with two plates one with and one without holes. The flat plate is inconvenient to use compared to a standard flattop griddle do to it being recessed do to fan vents making it difficult to flip eggs or pancakes or the like. The actual grill plate has tiny little ridges to add the "grill marks" and never seem to get hot enough to add those marks in the first place. It is also very small I cooked 3 normal size burgers and they took the whole space up. Lastly cleaning after those burgers was an arduous chore. There is the grill plate a catch plate under that and a water plate under that and the whole unit on top of that. Much easier to use a standard griddle and just clean the griddle and catch. If you're having trouble with smoke a fan is a better option than this grill.
