Had a set on my '18 ninja 400 abs and felt way more confident taking corners and proper leans with the added grip! While practicing without them I would often find my thighs slipping way too often in any riding attire... but since that day one I'll never go without a set on any future bike I'll own.

USE A HEAT GUN!I recommend using a heat gun to warm up the tank pad as its very stiff, but I installed these fairly easy on my 2022 Ninja 650.Before install, make sure you wash the tank very well. I used warm water mixed with a little dawn soap then wiped with warm water and a microfiber towel to dry. After it dried, I wiped it down with a little rubbing alcohol and let that dry. Lastly, I heated the pads, lined it up, and put it on the tank starting from the corner closest to the seat and pushing it on up to ensure there are no air bubbles. TECHSPEC shows videos online on how to install. Definitely watch it so you can ensure you're doing it correctly. I also found a center tank pad on Amazon sold separately.Overall, I'm very pleased and hoping it sticks since I did everything correctly. If it starts to peel, I'll update my review. My bike is garage stored and only stays outside when I'm running errands. The bike definitely "pops" more. I put a before picture to show what it looked like previously. These pads will fit 2020-2023 Ninja 650's.

Cleaned it good for dust and debris but the pads simple don’t stay to the tank even after heat and duct tape to keep it in place while setting

The tack paper was already peeled up on the corner when i got the item and even with a heat gun they didn’t work, they kept peeling off. Probably would’ve worked if they weren’t messed up on arrival but with the amount i paid I’m not happy.

The product is a great quality medium but firm rubber. I kept it on the lower end of the tank as the curve was a little too much towards the top and I was afraid the adhesive couldn’t hold the bend of the rubber. But once I put it on as the YouTube video for this product showed me, it stuck right on my bike and didn’t peel up at all.This product was definitely worth the price and the 5 stars. Feels comfortable against my legs. Makes the bike look even better negating the huge area of only white.I suggest keeping your bike in the sun or putting it on when it’s hot outside like I did. Adhesive stuck instantly. After of course cleaning the side of the tank with windex (as the alcohol wipe they give you kind of came dry). Best pads ever!! Also shipped and delivered on earliest estimated date.
