Great wire set, I had to return them for another set, the item description is very vague, Generic photos don't help either. They were quality wires though. The wire set I recieved here were a made up set for a big block chevy, NO assembly required at all, a plug and play set for sure.

When it was time to replace my plug wires, I wanted to find a beefier wire. Well, that's exactly what you'll get with the Taylor 10.4 mm pro race wires! These wires are so thick, that I had a very difficult time attaching the boots, especially for the coil wire. Several times during the assembly of the new wires, I felt that the boots were too small for the 10.4 mm wire. I became very frustrated while installing the boots, and kept thinking the boots were made for the more common 8-9 mm wires. The boot for the coil wire was the most difficult one to install and definitely tested my patience. However, when the wires were finally installed, I was very pleased overall. The wires are actually long enough to custom tailor them for routing around the motor. IMO, they look much nicer than the previous custom fit wires I had installed. As matter of fact, a couple of the custom fit wires were actually short and didn't help with the smooth uniform routing of the wires. The Taylor wires enabled me to route the wires to each of their locations with ease and a very nice uniform look. Once again, I am very content with the wires. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, was due to the painful installation of the boots and trust me, I tried every trick up my sleeve to ease that process!
