My 9yr old daughter purchased this so we could have matching bracelets. She was so excited but unfortunately hers broke on day 4. I tried to fix the knot that fell off but it didn’t work and now the bracelet is lost. Loved the idea and design just wasn’t made well.

I asked if they would be willing to, instead, just send me a replacement bracelet for the one that was broken, and they ARE willing to do that for me. I AM VERY happy AND satisfied, now, especially knowing that my money was spent with a company that DOES value it's customers, AND their opinions/feelings about their products. I will, now, HAPPILY, purchase from them, again, in the future because I KNOW, now, that IF something WERE to go wrong, by some strange chance, that THIS COMPANY DOES TAKE CARE OF IT'S CUSTOMERS! SO, I AM VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED NOW! THANK YOU!!! 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😔 OLD REVIEW: I bought this set for my son and I. As soon as it arrived, I put mine on, and kept it on. I do not do anything that would even be CONSIDERED out of the ordinary, as far as movements that would cause fraying/breakage, etc.... However, my bracelet broke within 2 months of having and wearing, it. Very disappointing. Of course, it breaks AFTER the 30 days you can exchange or return, but NOT MUCH after. So, I am NOT HAPPY with this purchase. If I could've found a way to contact the seller, and ask if they would be willing to possibly replace JUST MY bracelet, and they said yes, my review WOULD be FAR different, but as it currently stands, I AM OUT OF MY MONEY *AND* MY BRACELET, both, in a short space of time. I will add pictures of broken bracelet, and you will also see that even the side that is still connected; even IT looks a little weak. 😔 Disappointed because I want a replacement, but I am certainly not going to pay for another SET.**If, by some odd chance, the seller reaches out to me, I will update/edit my review accordingly.****They DID reach out, and the updated review is at the very top!!! 👍😊

I bought this for me and my dad for Christmas and he wears this everyday and he loves it, it goes with all his outfits and it is super cute for dads and daughters which is so good. It is really durable and super easy to fix if it breaks because mine did break once but I fixed it relatively quick. My dad has big hands but it is super adjustable and I have small wrists but it also fits me which means it’s really adjustable to any size wrist. My only complaint is it looks kind of cheap and I think it would be a good gift on the side of something bigger.
