It doesn't come will holes already cut in the material where the screws go, you have to do taht yourself but its easy I just poked a hole using the screw I took out of the bed.Take out all screwspeel off the backing tapePlace down where its supposed to go, the design/fit is 100% and easy to line up where its supposed to go.Poke holes with the screw you took out, screw the screws back in, boom done (faster with a power drill). Looks nice and fits no issues, no problems with putting the tailgate back up.2019 Tacoma TRD Offroad (for me)

it does what it should, protects the tailgate & whatever I put on it and matches the bed liner. they both look like Toyota made them.
