Look like OEM, took 5 minutes to install each one. Only issue if the OEM screws are too small (#8 screws, 5/8 inches), this replacement has larger holes. Spent $1 at hardware store for 2x #10 screws (5/8 inches). They fit great the clips for the screws I had to use my old ones because the screw size was different and silicone the factory lens glue seam to make sure they don't leak

This was purchased for a 2007 GMC Canyon. The upper mounting post was larger then the hole in the truck box and had to be forced in. The original mounting screws would not secure the replacement light as they were either to short or to small of a diameter. Had to find larger diameter screws to install it.
