Wife found out within days of getting our 4 runner she wanted steps. These match the look of the limited chrome really well and seem to be sturdy. A basic electronic impact and a set of sockets is all you need. Takes about 45 min to install.

I love these running boards, a bit of advice if you don’t have access to a lift , ask how much I will cost before committing, I read other reviews and they were in the 120.00 range ,mine was considerably higher but when I brought it up they adjusted the bill to what we both felt was fair, BUT it pays to ask before committing

Great product and quality. Very east to install with no drilling involved. Feels very solid when we step on it. I have a friend that weighs over 200 pounds and no issues at all when he stood on it. Not even a creak or bend.

I replaced my OEM ones with these cause mine had some damage. I was amazed by the similarity to OEM ones... installation was suuuuper easy, no special tools required, just a ratchet, 14,12 and 10mm sockets and that's it.. took me like 2 hours to unmount the OEM ones and mount these... I feel like the step "space" is better than the original ones... I absolutely recommend them!!

Super easy install. Took maybe 2 hours to put them on with basic socket and ratchet set. The picture shows before and after. Love the look of them on the SUV. Have had them on for about 8 months now and no problems at all. Can't go wrong for the price. The dealer wanted upwards of $800 for a set so these are definitely worth the price. Great product, great price. Would definitely recommend these to anyone that needs these for anyone that's vertically challenged or just want to add some spifiness to the side of the car.

First of all, I really like these steps. They are exactly what I was looking for and perfectly fit the 2019 4Runner Limited Nightshade edition. Pros: Cost and Super easy installation (bolt holes are exactly where they need to be). Seems sturdy enough to last for years. Cons: #1 I had questions and left 3 messages at TAC (the manufacturer) (in Feb-before virus issues) and was never contacted. Makes me nervous about customer service if a problem comes up. #2 Side Step does not match Amazon's picture; rear of step is straight (see my picture). Still looks good. #3 Minor - it is thin material and when driving in the rain it sounds like rain on a tin roof. I will probably take out the end plug and put a couple of squirts of Great Stuff in & replace plug.I do own a metal fabrication shop and was going to make my own, but I liked the look and the price sealed the deal. I may get them sandblasted and powder coated Black Chrome to match the Nightshade Edition Trim.Overall, I am very happy with these side steps and do recommend.

I just installed these running boards on my 2020 4Runner Limited. Packaging was good and nothing was damaged during shipping. All of the parts were there and the instructions were very clear. Installation was easy and everything fit perfectly. The boards look good and fit the look or the Limited trim well. My only reservation is the boards flex a little when I step on them. The flex is in the mounting brackets not the board itself. The instructions stated a 200 Lbs. weight limit. I weigh 205 lbs. When I was researching TAC products, one of the YouTube videos I watched stated a 300 Lb limit. I did not see a weight limit in the Amazon description. I’ve had several trucks with running boards and every one was rock solid with zero flex. Is this going to be a problem on the 4Runner? Maybe not but time will tell. In all honesty, I’d spend the extra coin and buy the Toyota OEM boards.
