Fast delivery, well packaged. I’m totally in love with this comfortable, very nice looking, sturdy chair that rocks, reclines and swivels! I bought it for me - but often have to take turns using it with my husband! Great purchase!

My wife and I had been researching recliners for a couple of months when we found this one. It appeared to be what my wife was looking for so we pulled the trigger and ordered it. So far we're pleased with it.It arrived in a huge box that took some time to be delivered due to a local courier issue that was eventually resolved. The box really does require two people to move effectively, not because of the weight but because of the size. There is some assembly required but it's easy and does not require two people (though having two people certainly would help). It actually took me more time to get the parts out of the box and to clean up afterward than it did to assemble the chair. Assembly probably took ten minutes, and there is a tool in the box for the one part of assembly that requires a tool, though I found that a long-handled screwdriver was much more efficient.Once set up, the chair is ready for use, and I had my wife do the testing because ultimately she is going to be the primary user. Her initial comments align with mine - it's very comfortable though does require a little breaking in, and it has good back support. The base is attached via a swivel so the chair can be turned without moving it. It also has a glider rocking mechanism, and it is very smooth (more so than a traditional rocking chair). It also happens to rock and turn very quietly - perfect for when rocking a baby or when trying to otherwise not disturb anyone else. The lever activates the leg rest and allows the chair to recline back far enough that you can almost lay horizontal. The lever operates smoothly when raising the leg rest, but it is an order of magnitude stiffer when closing, even when pushing against the leg rest to assist. That's probably the only real complaint we have so far, and it is a minor one at that.A discovery I made, quite by accident, is that the head rest is adjustable and can be tilted forward some for better neck support. The product description mentions this, but I had missed it when I was reading it.The upholstery fabric feels soft and smooth, almost like a microfiber weave. Time will tell how resistant it is to stains. This is a nice recliner and we're very pleased with it. We like it enough that we're discussing getting a second one in the same color.

This is a great recliner. It is not cheap, so I had high expectations for it, and it actually exceeded them.It comes in a giant heavy box that instead of carrying in, I just opened on the porch and brought the two pieces in. Yes, just two parts! It’s extremely quick and easy to set up. The back slides on and clips in — no tools required but it was nice to have a second person to help line up the sliding metal parts while I guided the back into place. The single page instruction also had the metal handle and a single Philips screw attached. It comes with a combo hex wrench/screwdriver, but because of the angle of the screw and handle, it is much much easier to use your own Philips head screwdriver to attach the handle.Once the handle is attached and the back is clipped in, it’s ready to use! It is so soft and comfy. It rotates around (the base is actually like a giant lazy susan) and rocks back and forth. But only if you want it to. If you just want to sit still it will stay in place. The leg part moves out with the handle, and also locks into place by moving the handle a little further.I have to have major surgery soon with weeks to recover, and am looking forward to spending a lot of time in this recliner rather than lying in a bed or trying to get comfortable on a couch.I couldn’t be more pleased with this recliner.
