I needed a full cover up for my 6 month old baby when visiting Maui. This was perfect! Covers up every inch of her cute little baby skin so she was protected. Very cute fabric and comfy to her. Easy to throw in the wash and paired cute with a big sun hat. I've since used it to have her in the heated pool for a few minutes and this was helpful. Just have to dry her very quickly. I ended up stripping her out of it when done out of fear she'd be cold. High quality and easy to use!

Super cut sunsuit with great coverage and generous sizing. It’s a toss up between this brand and UV skins. For babies needing the extra sun protection you can’t go wrong!

My daughter is a red headed blue eyed porcelain skin toddler who LOVES the water and being outdoors.Despite my very best efforts with frequent sunscreen lathering and as many precautions i could make I found that cute swim suits that exposed the legs left her red and burnt at the end of the day. I did a little research for a whole body swim suit and this lovely thing popped up, bought it and let me just say wow. It is mom and toddler approved !The color and design is exactly as pictured. The sizing is perfect. My daughter is 14 months old, 26 pounds , 30.5 inches long and wears 12-18 months. I ordered her the 18-24 months in fear that when it got wet it would be suctioned cupped to her. This size was perfect for us, it is lose fitting enough that i feel comfortable letting her wear it in the yard to simply play in without getting over heated and does not cling to her when it’s wet and it’s time to undress. Best yet it has some room to grow into making it a staple for the entire summer. The whole length zipper is FANTASTIC. No more metal snaps between the legs no more trying to force two squirmy toddler feet into long tight leg holes. It makes getting her in and out of the suit an absolute breeze. The 50 spf is the real MVP here. i don’t have to chase her down and lather her up in sunscreen worrying if i covered every inch of her , i put her in this and we rock n roll to the great outdoors. No need to reapply sunscreen either, this has had her covered and protected for hours of outdoor play at the pool and beach with no burn legs at the end of the day.I love it so much i bought a second one so i always have a clean one for beach or pool days.

This is the absolute best baby swim suit! I bought this for our third baby and wish it had been around for the other two. It is a nice material that feels like it will last well. It's a little thick on a hot day, but she's comfortable as long as she gets wet in the pool or lake. I love how the zipper goes all the way down the leg so I don't have to peel it off of her when it's wet. And I love the coverage so i don't have to plaster her with sunscreen. Our babe is 14 months, 26 lbs, and typically wears 18 mo. clothes. I bought the 18-24 mo. suit and it's a great size with a little room to grow, so I'm confident it will fit her all summer. She's a cute chunky babe so I was a little worried this would be tight (like many pajamas that I just can't make work for her) but it's plenty stretchy and not at all skin tight. Love it!

We love the SwimZip Little Girl Long Sleeve Sunsuit! I bought it for a trip in February to Hawaii. Our daughter was 7 months at the time and she is in the 25%, so she's on the smaller side. It fit wonderfully and prevented sunburn. The legs are a little shorter but still have room to grow into. Because of the way it's structured, I think it would fit a lot of different body sizes. The fact that it zips horizontally from right leg all the way to the middle top is wonderful, as it gave us easy on/off capability as well as easy access to her swim diaper underneath. We used the suit and a hat with a low brim in back and in between the two, we were able to play in the pool and at the beach for hours without her getting sunburned. We didn't even need sunblock. Her feet did get slightly tan and that is the only area we really needed to worry about, but she did not get one bit of a sunburn (for her, we were not so lucky) thanks to her SwimZip Sunsuit. We also got several compliments from Moms at the resort, asking where we got our awesome and "super cute" Sunsuit. It's lightweight but not flimsy with real sun protection. The zipper works well and doesn't catch when zipping, even if the suit is completely unzipped. It seemed to maintain temperature well in cooler water, though it was important to get the suit off once we were done swimming and sitting in the shade so she didn't get cold. You will definitely need to pair this with a swim diaper if your child is still in diapers or a swimsuit underneath for older children as it is really a sun protection suit. We have no complaints and in fact we're still using the suit 2 months later. I think we'll be able to use the suit up until 12 months, but we'll probably need to buy the next size up by mid-summer. It fits as expected, so it's safer to size up as the legs are short enough to still be worn if it's a little big. The pattern is nice and as mentioned previously, we get compliments every time we go swimming.
