All my cycling socks (firm compression) are from Swiftwick. I bought one pair of these to see if they would work well with my military boots, and like my cycling socks, I am thoroughly impressed. I ended by 6 more pairs. Whether it is running, hiking, cycling, and now military boots, Swiftwick socks are the bomb!

Perfect socks for Spartan Sprint in 2019. I wasn't distracted by my feet once - wet or dry. Just-right compression on these too. You cannot go wrong with any model of Swiftwick.

Very comfortable. Feels nice while wearing them. I do not wear them on a daily basis. Mostly at night while relaxing around the house.

Marketed as "graduated" compression, but the primary compression is in the calf and the top band. Very little, if any, compression on the foot and ankle. The point of graduated compression is to support venous and lymphatic return, but if the compression is higher closer to the heart as it is in these, the socks will do the opposite and potentially cause pooling of fluids (you'll notice it as swelling) in your foot. The other issue with these is that, for me, they are much too long, and of course with a compression sock you can't fold the top down. I am 5'2" and these went up past mid-knee. I recommend CEP and Mojo, not just for sports compression, but for medical compression. I'm not a doc but I have lymphedema and CEP and Mojo do an excellent job of minimizing the swelling in my lower leg, foot, and toes while making an AWESOME fashion statement! If you've got to wear them, might as well flaunt them! :)

I really like these socks. If I had one complaint, it would be that they are not long enough. (for reference, the "twelve" in the name refers to the length, swiftwick makes other lengths)All swiftwik socks are super durable. I usually wear through at the big toe on other socks, but never have with the many pairs of swiftwik that I own.
