Easy to use, just brush, dip and roll or pour to stop leaks fast. Flex Seal forms a durable, breathable, weatherproof, non-slip barrier. It is resistant to rain, snow, sun, wind, hail, air, moisture, UV degradation, extreme temperatures, and natural weathering. Can be used for a variety of coating and sealant applications. About 6 months ago, my koi pond ( a 10 foot by 2 foot galvanized steel tank) rusted a hole all the way through and a miniature geyser was squirting out! We fixed it with a combination of JB WATER WELD i=on the inside, and flex seal on the outside. Then we covered other areas that were starting to rust through . I was able to extend the tanks life for 6 months untill I got a replacement tank!
