While great for a quick clean up, this Swiffer is no match for the old mop and bucket. Even if I sweep well first, pet hair will be more visible after using than before, requiring a second sweep after mopping.

We have several Swiffer products, and bought this one as a replacement for our oldest one.While everything was fine, the setup instructions were offered in French, Dutch, german and Italian - nothing in English.You may find this inconvenient if you're never set up a Swiffer before.

I ordered a Swiffer wet jet and being a Prime member I expected to receive it in a day or two. I got it in 2 weeks and I was shocked that it was from Germany and all the instructions were German! Had to buy another one from the store and gave this one away to a neighbor...I asked for a refund and the seller said he would send me the instructions in English...I wanted a refund because I would never by a mop from Germany! I only buy American products when I can...totally unacceptable!!!
