Super cute if the ears worked! You are supposed to pump the little inflated - air filled balls at ends of scarf but they wouldn’t pump to lift ears up and down. Sent both back for refund.

This product is completely so badly done. The first one had one year that did not prop up and broken on one side the second one you can wear it but both ears don't work cheapest thing ever. They should not be allowed to be sold.

I failed to read the reviews! Bought them once, ears didn't work. Returned them. Bought them again. They did not work again!! Second time is even worse, one if the ears is broken and just hangs to the side. DO not buy this product!

I ordered the first one it didn’t work, so I returned as an exchange got the second pair and guess what both ears didn’t work got one to work and the other one was not working. I then took it apart because you could tell that somebody hot glued the connection so it was tubed was kinked then found that one went down to where you squeeze it and guess what that was clogged or they never cut it open so there was no opening so I proceeded to fix it and put it all back together and now I have both ears are working maybe I should work for the company! So not worth the money! Made very cheap

These earmuffs are very cute the material is soft and comfy but they don’t work at all. The first pair I ordered only had one working ear so I exchanged them for a new pair. This pair is even worse because neither of the ears move. Major disappointment my daughter was really excited for these.

My bad for not reviewing reviews prior to purchase. Item arrived late and both ears do not work. After seeing multiple reviews with this issue for over a year, not sure why these are still allowed to be sold. Pretty disappointing to children.

We got this for My Daughters Birthday as it was the cutest thing ever. She was so excited to wear these to School. Sadly only the one ear worked so that was a bummer. I will have to buy another pair and hope both ears work. Otherwise I would give these a 5 star.
