This was a pretty easy fix. The only issue I ran into is I rounded one of the four Phillips screw heads when I was taking the old element. Fortunately, after a couple failed tries to remove it other ways, I was able to get vice grips on it and it came out in a couple seconds.Over all it would have been a 15 minute job and it was certainly a lot cheaper than a new oven.

Received it quick!! I have a Maytag Gemini Double Oven, Model # MER 6770AAW that is 20 years old and it work perfectly and was way, way cheaper than others I found. Be sure to run your oven for a short bit after installing to "burn" off the new before using to cook your meal.

This product was a good substitute for a factory brand. Somewhat of a challenge to install but that was the stove's fault. I'd purchase again.

The top burner of our double oven on our 99 Maytag Genie had been burned out for quite a while and finally we decided to order one, received it within a couple days, easy for my husband to install and works perfectly. Had it before Thanksgiving, thankful for that!
