I've wanted one of these adjustable bed frames for a while now and I finally got it! I love it so much! It's perfect and he remote is easy to use. Set up was also easy.

It works great, I had a full leg cast and the bed was easy to get on and off. After the cast was removed, I was able to use the bed to elevate my leg for proper healing.

The instructions could have been better. For example, each leg bracket has 4 holes but the frame has only 2 holes so it took a little while to figure out you just use 2 of them. Each page points to a photo that is pretty useless. The instructions do not mention that the frame drapes over the base in all four directions but after dawn shined over marblehead I figured it out. After getting thru the assembly we were pleased with the en d product. Very sturdy and operates quietly.

This bed is great. It comes with a remote for easy automatic adjustment. It also has a memory setting so you don't have to readjust it every time you use it. Excellent value.

Amazon placed my order. They waited 4 days to inform me that my funding source (Amazon store card) was rejected. Then I applied for Amazon visa card. I was suppose to get $80 off purchase. Amazon gave me $60 off purchase. Delivery took 10 days. Tracking from fed ex was wrong. There was 5 different delivery dates, as they kept getting it wrong and had to add on time to cover their mistakes. Bed frame arrived dented in 3 places. 1 screw that was supposed to be on product was missing, with a nut that didn't belong there floating around in the box. a headboard screw i wasn't using worked in place of missing screw. Cheap Chinese product, horrible instructions. Amazon makes customer service impossible as they refuse to make their phone number available to general public. The bed frame is basic. it works, and is quiet. No apologies from customer service. They seemed cold and uncaring.

When I ordered I was skeptical about the comfort level I could achieve with this relatively simple bed but, when I put my mattress on it and did the first adjustment, I knew I had bought the right thing. It is so easy for me to get that just right feeling. So far the quality has proven to be satisfactory.
