Bought this for my son and grandson. I have a very old (30 years) table and more sturdy (don't make it anymore) and the instructions turn the men in a reverse directions.

The construction of this table is horrible. The holes are in completely uneven side position, so all the rods are not parallel and the pieces hit each other. This, of course, was not discovered until after hours were spent assembling the 110 pound table. Now am I really going to spend hours disassembling it and trying to put it back into the package and take the 110 pound package back to the shipping place to return it? Also completely non-existent product support.

I bought this for my grandkids, and when my son got to pulling all the product out of the box, one of the front panels was broke. He called SunnyDaze and explain what had happened. He gave them my name, and they found my order thru Amazon, and said, "no problem, we'll get you a new panel out in the mail for your replacement!"My son was very happy with the customer service with SunnyDaze that he wanted me to give them a good review!

Table arrived in a good package but early in it was evident it was low quality. A leg was stripped out and couldn’t be fully bolted. One end came apart as well. The field board has some kind of mildew that showed up about 24hrs after assembly and one of the score keepers stripped out.Only plus is that the Assembly instructions are good.**initial review was low but after contacting the seller, they immediately made it right. While they couldn’t replace the item we were given a no questions asked refund. We appreciated their prompt response and willingness to make it right. We would buy from them again because of their customer service.

Everything about the table is a joy to play. Lubricate the rods and they move wonderfully. The men are not balanced, so their feet fall down when not being held. This means that if you're playing 1v1 and kicking the ball with your goalie, your forward men might block the shot because their feet are hanging down.I have found balanced men on amazon, but they look ugly. I like these little guys, so I have plans to modify them by injecting metal into their heads to get them to balance. Wish me luck![EDIT] I have done it! I purchased a crucible and two pounds of little lead balls here on Amazon (i think they're for divers or something). I already had a blowtorch. Quarter-inch drill bit, drill three holes into their heads (I tried to avoid getting all the way into the deeper cavity, but in retrospect, getting deeper may be a good idea), melt the lead balls in the crucible, clean out the gunk, and dump the lead into the head. It's easy to clean up the spills off the guys: it snaps right off. After you mount the men back up, it looks like their brains are showing. Paint their heads with glossy black acrylic and they're good as new (good enough anyway!).By the way, we didn't install the cup holders. I don't want to encourage drinks by the foosball table.Earlier, I said "Everything about this table is a joy to play." Now that we have spent some time with the table, I take it back. As a beginner with no skills, the table is a lot of fun. When you get to level 2 and want to pass the ball from rank to rank, or set up shots with your three-man rod (snake shot, pull shots, etc.), it gets very difficult. Although the playing surface is level and smooth, the playing surface is glossy which means even a good ball will roll out of control when you try to catch it. Also, the angle of the men's feet is such that catching the ball is nearly impossible. For instance, if your three-man is right in front of the defender's shot and you block his shot, it'll just bounce right back to him almost no matter what you do. If the men's feet was angled down more like tornado men, the ball would not bounce right back: it would be driven into the table and stop (at least this is what I'm coming to understand vicariously!!).My older son (9) is getting much better at foosball, so we're in the market for a better table. Apparently finding a good table that takes this things into account puts us basically down to two possible brands: tornado and warrior.Thank you, Sunnydaze; it was a fun ride!

Took a bit to assemble and the directions could’ve been better. However we are extremely pleased with purchase as this table is very sturdy and works well. To make things better the customer service is top notch. My husband broke one of the score keeping pieces during the install. I contacted the company- not only did they respond right away, they sent a replacement piece that we received in just a few days. Would definitely purchase again.
