Bought this for my husband to put in his office and he loves it. He can prop his feet up and recline with the massager on. I also found it pretty simple to put together.

I bought this chair because my old chair would sometimes collapse when I sat down. This one had a higher weight rating, looked good, and seemed like a good value. If it lasts a year, then I've only paid about $10/month. I like that the base of the chair seems very heavy duty, as well as the rest of the parts. However, I did not like that the assembly manual was somewhat off, as it called for a part that was not included, and there wasn't even a way to attach it to the chair, even if it had been included. Also, the manual said to use certain size included screws that were mislabeled on the screw package. I'm guessing that the manual was for another or older model and just hasn't been updated yet. Otherwise, everything was pretty intuitive to put it together. It should be noted that the vibrating lumbar support feature, which attaches "loosely", is powered by a 3ft USB cable going to your computer that is hard-wired in and does not have an on-off switch. Also, it is not going to solve any back problems, but it does feel pleasant. BTW - they send you the 5th leg/extension arm piece separately, for the base, which you need to attach (no tools required). It seems like it doesn't want to go on at first, but I "wiggled" it back and forth and eventually it did attach. I would've given this a 4-star rating if the assembly manual was accurate.

This is definitely a kids gaming chair.I work in an office part of the time on my job. I saw this chair and thought it would be better than what we currently have. From the picture I assumed the seat cushion would help with the hip pains my current chair causes, I was completely wrong. The cushion is not what it seems from the picture and description. Everything else was pretty spot on, but i don’t recommend this for comfort, especially if you have to sit long hours in it.
