There was a defective part but the manufacturer replaced it immediately. These donation boxes are heavy, practical and elegant for our museum. However, they are not watertight so not suitable for outdoors.

I had trouble assembling this product and became very frustrated. I thought a part was missing, so I emailed customer service a complaint, along with pictures. I didn't expect to receive a reply, at all. Not only did I get a reply, but it was literally only 13 minutes later! I should also mention that it was on a Friday night, after hours!The customer service person sent me a video showing me how to properly assemble it. They noticed, based on the pictures I submitted, that I had one part on the wrong area. Fyi. The "connection plate" goes INSIDE the two pillars, not on the outside. I fixed my issue and was very impressed. I had to come here and leave a review. By the way, the product is strong and sturdy. Well worth the money. This product should last a long time. I did think it came, with a "lock & key", but it's a combination lock, which I think is actually better because omeone could lose a key. Thank you.

We ordered this for our offering at Church and it works great! Very sturdy and attractive. The combo lock is nice so we don’t have to keep track of keys. I messed up the combination setting and the company sent me a replacement lock right away. Very helpful! Highly recommend!
