I applied this product exactly as the instructions said to do, and it made my daughter’s Ugg boots significantly worse than they were to begin with.

I ordered this suede cleaner set specifically for my Uggs, and I’m not convinced it’s the best option. Granted, these particular Uggs should be thrown away, so I have nothing left to lose. The foam cleaner left multiple splotches, and I had to wash those spots multiple times to get them out. Definitely more work than I expected.The brush itself is great, but using it feels like you’re removing a layer of suede—so be prepared! Here’s the full process:1. Brush the suede (expect little suede pieces everywhere).2. Apply a smidgen of foam (if you dare).3. Wipe off and let dry.4. Go back and wash off any dried foam with the cloth they provide.5. Brush again (expect even more little suede pieces everywhere).If you try this, I highly recommend brushing over a garbage bin or outside—the suede debris is real. Overall, my Uggs look marginally better, but if I could go back, I’d skip the foam and just use the brush. Check my before/after pics to see for yourself. Honestly, I don't see a real difference, but maybe I need to go back with the brush again.

I bought this product because it says is for leather boots and uggs. I used it to clean a few water marks and dirt from my gray Ugg’s boy what a mistake, it ruined them. I followed instructions I even used the brush given and instead scratched the leather. Now they look like I scrubbed them with a harsh brush. I should have stuck with UGG cleaner. Very dissatisfied.

I used these on a pair of suede boots that had gotten ruined in the snow. It worked perfectly. It got rid of the salt stains on my suede boots. It did not leave any marks at all on my boots. I was surprised how well it cleaned. Excellent product overall.

I had a very nice pair of Nubuck leather Mens Ecco MX casual sneakers, I had bought them at a thrift store , they had numerous stains , was hopeful that this product would clean them up.I sprayed the foam on and let it set a few minutes as in the directions, then took a soft microsuede cloth and lightly rubbed in., the let them dry, after they dried I took a soft shoe brush and again lightly rubbed entire shoes. They came out beautifully.

DO NOT use this product on UGG Boots. I used it on mine and had to do home remedies to get the stain out that was left behind by this product. I repeat....DO NOT use this product on any expensive suede shoe. I got lucky by knowing how to ge the stain out!

I ordered this suede cleaner kit for my chukkas. It comes with a big spray bottle of cleaner in a 200 mL bottle. It has a protective removable cap that pops on and off to prevent any inadvertent discharging. The substance comes out as a foam which is easy to apply. With 200 mL and the cleaner coming out as foam I think this bottle will last me a really long time because I don't have that many suede items to clean.The expiry date on the bottom of the bottle is December 3rd 2027 which is about 2.5 years away.The kit comes with instructions that are easy to follow with photo diagrams. The microfiber cloth that it comes with is a really good size as its fairly big and absorptive. I like how the brush that it comes with is a 4 in 1. The white part of the brush are all silicone which makes it durable and easy to clean, yet gentle enough for the items you are cleaning. The other side has an abrasive wire brush for anything thats stuck on, like rocks in a crease or something.The cleaning solution works well on recent and not so recent dirt and stains. I found that some areas with older stains require two cleanings but it may depend on how much cleaner was used, how long the dirt was on there for, what it was from etc.The cleaning solution does not have any fragrance which is better in my opinion.The instructions say that it can also work on leather although I have not used it yet for that purpose.Overall I think it's a good kid to have if you have any suede items and I would consider ordering this again if I needed more.

My slippers were slipping into the embarrassment zone due to one too many "quick trips" outside. I love them and they needed to be cleaned up. This suede cleaner really came through! It is a non-aerosol foam; it also comes with a cleaning brush and microfiber clothe. I went over each slipper twice, I took a pic when one was finished to see the difference. The best part is that my slippers are still soft and comfortable. I have had cleaners leave the leather feeling stiff, but not this time! Based on my first experience using this product, I suspect I will be able to do two or three more cleanings with the remaining product. I am thrilled with the results!

This suede shoe cleaner comes with a foam head, not spray head as in the instruction. I like foam better. Usually it is more effective to keep the liquid on the surface, give the leather time to absorb it. The issue I have is to spread the foam out evenly. Instead of using my hand, I decided to use the brush.The solution is interesting. It can stay on the suede surface for a while to let it be absorbed by the leather. And yet, after I finish cleaning, it is kind of dry quicker then I expected.I have marks and scratches on my shoes. Some of them are more stain then dirt. This solution does it well in terms of blur out the marks. So even I still see some marks, they are lighter then they were.I like the brush. It is very useful. I just hope there is another one with long semi-hard brush. Similar to the hard one, but without the steel wire. I think there are situations where I want the brush a little harder, but not as intrusive.The towel is great, very very soft. I think none of my microfiber towel is as soft as this one. It works very well to scrub the shoes at the end of cleaning.Overall, I think this suede cleaner works well. Even though it cannot remove all the dirt and marks on my shoes completely, it does lighten the color, or blur them. I hope I know this earlier. I think it will work better if I keep using this to maintain my shoes periodically.

The instructions included are a little confusing. Spray 1-2 times on the stained area. First, this is a pump-action dispenser, of foam, there is no spray. So with one press you'll have a blob of foam that doesn't spread far as it soaks into suede quickly. I suppose the advice should be to dispense as much as necessary to wet the area you're working on.Next is to brush with the soft brush. But with that advice comes a photo of brushing with the stiff metal bristles.The product web page photos are more accurate than those included with the product, showing foam instead a spray, and showing the correct brush to use.My shoes were not in bad shape, but if you looked closely there were dots of some liquid that had gotten sprayed on somehow and dried. But you had to be close—a person wouldn't see it when you were wearing them. After treating the right shoe and letting it dry overnight, those dot became much more apparent, even at distance. This was shaping up for a bad review until I tried the metal-bristled brush side, brushing out the suede. That evened out the suede finish and made the shoe look nice. The cleaning action brings dirt to the surface that because dust when you brush, so you might want to do that step outdoors, or use a vacuum hose while brushing.I had no white water stains, but I expect this would be effective on them. Overall, I found the product to be good, and it comes with everything needed to clean suede.
