These molds are less than 1/8 inch thick. I bought them for melting crayons, but they are so thin, they are useless. I don’t know what you could melt in them besides steel that wouldn’t break.

Good but it's a little difficult to remove the letters without deforming them

Letters are nice and neat, just have to take time to get the fondant in all the grooves

What's not to like? Perfect for a Harry Potter cake! I used fondant. Easiest to rub a bit of shortening around with your finger, then push and spread the fondant and scrape off excess. No need to let it sit, just gently lay upside down and peel back and let them fall out on their own. Made all these letters and numbers in less than 15 min. The mold is not very deep so let the letters/numbers sit on parchment until hard enough to handle but be gentle. So happy I bought them!

I liked the larger lettering and used it for an 8” cake. I was glad to have the numbers & smaller letters to use for future projects.

Wanted a mold to resin Disney letters. Couldnt find one so decided to try this. It works well! You just get tiny letters instead of thick ones which is understandable considering this is essentially used to cook.

I made a Harry Potter themed baby shower cake and used this to make the words on the cake. Perfect. It was a little expensive but totally worth it. My daughter-in-law loved the cake. Maybe I'll find use for it again someday. 😀

I have a Minnie Mouse cake order to complete in a few weeks and I will be using this lettering along with fondant to make the birthday girls name. I am a bit concerned about the lettering being too skinny. Will update once cake is completed.
